case studies: FOX Television Network

FOX approached Hitviews eager to tap into the branded video entertainment arena.  Their goal was to promote their shows Lie to Me and Fringe online. Hitviews produced 21 videos with 20 online-video stars in less than 30 days, and subsequently released 11 additional videos.  Results are in the ratings. Both shows are hits.

Results:

  • Over 7,000,000 views on 6 video sharing sites
  • Over 130,000 fan mail comments 130,000 fan letters for commercials
  • “Fan mail” comments were positive, and showed hundreds of indications of audience intent to watch
  • Extra videos were posted by other creators who were not working with us
  • Audience was a demographic rifle-shot with an average age of 25 and 60/40% Male/female split
